New Photo ID Roster Instructions

This page is where you get the file and information to complete the new all digital photo roster for the Rose Festival Dragon Boat Race.

We are implementing a new photo roster system starting this year. It will all be done digitally, so there will be no cards to have completed by hand and no plastic sleeves to fill. You will still need individual digital photos of all of your team members which you should start collecting. Nothing fancy is needed just a good photo from a phone that shows the team member's face and no hats or sunglasses.

To complete your team photo roster you will need to have Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat Professional on your computer. It is already installed on most computers. To download Adobe Reader for free, please follow this link. The link should automatically detect the operating system of your computer and the download button should download the correct version. Do not try to use any other application than Adobe Reader or Acrobat Professional and do not try to use a mobile device to complete the roster.

Step One: Download the photo_roster_f.pdf file from here. Right-Click and choose download. Do not attempt to complete the document within a browser window.
